12 volt LCD TVs have rapidly become popular in Caravans & Motorhomes due to their convenience, versatility and excellent picture quality. A key advantage in a Caravan is the compact size, substantial weight saving and reduced power consumption. This makes them ideal if you regularly camp on small CL’s, wild camp or rally.
Avtex are increasing their range of own brand TVs this year with the addition of Twin Tuning systems (DVB-T Freeview & analogue) and a range of screen sizes to suit all sizes of Caravan.

Each of the new screen sizes is available in two versions:
The W152D 7-in-1 is the replacement for the market leading W151D 6-in-1 and is joined this season by: W102D, W172D & W192D 10.2” Widescreen, 17” & 19” Widescreen respectively.
The Avtex W152T 4-in-1 has replaced the W151T 3-in-1 with and it is complemented by: W102T, W172T & W192T again 10.2”Widescreen, 17” & 19” Widescreen

12v Caravan TV have compact 12 volt Freeview (DVB-T) set top boxes if you are happy with your existing analogue 12v TV and are looking to take advantage of the digital quality and increased channels offered by Freeview.
Whether you have an integrated TV or a separate Freeview box you will not be able to receive freeview broadcasts in all camp sites and were it is available you are likely to need a high gain directional aerial like our PU-4.
If more consistency than Freeview offers is required or you travel to the Continent, Satellite might be the ideal source for your 12 volt TV.

12v Caravan TV carry a comprehensive range of satellite dishes available to suit all requirements. From compact free standing dishes to the state of the art Oyster automatic satellite systems we have something for everyone including all the accessories you might need.
12v DVD players are great if the unpredictable British weather lets you down or when you simply need to entertain the kids. We always leave a few DVDs in our Caravan “just in case”.
